April 1, 2021: I got engaged! (Themeless #11)

The fact that I got engaged this week is 100% irrelevant to this puzzle, but it is true nonetheless. 

**Update: 1-Across has been edited in the online version; corrections to PDF and PUZ to come, but it should read "Predecessor", not "Successor".

    Fun puzzle! But Bess (Truman) was Mamie (Eisenhower)'s predecessor, not her successor :) Thanks!

    Great clues at 43A, 46A, and 28D! But in 23A, I believe it should read "Ante meridiem", I think 57A should read "Guinness", and 58A should be "Ukrainians".
